When you subscribe to any of our courses, we use the personal and health information you give us to:
1) Develop a custom training and meal programs fit for your individual fitness goals and needs.
2) Send FREE supplementary training advice, blogs, recipes and special deals based on your profile and interest.
3) With your consent, we will send out content to you which we think may be of interest by post, SMS, email, or other means and send you marketing communications relating to our business; to update and send information to you regarding changes to our Customer Terms of Service, Privacy Policy (including the Cookie Policy), or other legal agreements.

How do you get my consent?
- When you subscribe to one of our courses and provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it to process said transaction and contact you via telephone, email.
- You opted in one of our forms on the website to receive marketing communications from us.
- You confirmed that you still want to receive health news and promotional content from us in the email we sent to you.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, unsubscribing directly via the link located at the bottom of our emails.
Customers with an existing program cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account.

We retain Personal Information that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business relationship such as that of an existing client.
If you have opted to continue receiving marketing communications from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our content, products, or services, such as when you last opened an email from us.
After 3 years of no response or action to any of our marketing communications, we will automatically delete all your Personal Information.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
